EARTH: 8083
Ends May 24, 2010
Suddenly, equipment failure causes his ship to spin out of control and he crash-lands on an uninhabited planet. Near his landing site, the professor finds evidence that life once existed there. Who were these creatures? What happened to them?
Exhibition Background:
Students from the Bachelor of Applied Arts (Illustration) program at Sheridan Institute of Technology and Advanced Learning came up with the thematic concept of Earth 8083 to display their senior illustration projects.
Working with their professors and Science Centre staff, the students developed this exhibition, devised the concept, and designed and installed the displays. Their goal was to take visitors on an imaginative journey into the future.
