INVENTOR, ARTIST, DREAMER
Leonardo da Vinci's Workshop – this special exhibition will encourage visitors to explore the science of art and machines. See Leonardo's concepts spring to life with 20 exclusive scale models of his inventions including his Mechanical Lion and Robot Soldier, as well as the famous Great Kite flying machine and the Self-Propelling Cart.
The exhibition includes the rare chance to personally explore the pages of Leonardo's “Codices”, where the visionary first sketched his inventions. State-of-the-art touch screens allow visitors to turn the pages of these notebooks – with more than 500 sketches inside – and experience unique 3-D models that leap from the pages.
Use innovative technology to interact with his paintings, zoom in to view more details and see how the Last Supper, the Mona Lisa and his presumed Self-Portrait would have originally appeared without restoration.
Leonardo da Vinci's Workshop – The Exhibition, will ignite the imaginations and curiosity of visitors of all ages.
