Image Matter
This exhibition was produced through a collaboration between a Toronto-based visual artist Dave Kemp and Kevin Robbie, a physicist specializing in nanostructure of materials. Image Matter depicts microscopic edge-on views of a variety of photographic media. These large-scale prints question the nature of value resulting from advances in digital technologies, as related specifically to photographic images.
