How to Enter

Please note: Submissions for the 2010 Weston Youth Innovation Award are now closed. Check this site on April 12th, 2010 for the winner!

How to Enter

1. Fill in the entry form.
2. Download, print and fill out the consent form. It also needs to be signed by a parent of guardian if you're under 18. Please note: if you're entering as a group, each group member must fill out a separate consent form and get it signed.
3. Check the instructions on the entry form for information on how to submit photos, videos or other supporting materials.
4. Gather everything together and mail it to the Ontario Science Centre by January 31, 2010. The mailing address is:
