The Small Print
- Membership to the Ontario Science Centre is subject to the terms
and conditions outlined on the Science Centre website.
- Membership benefits extend for 12 or 24 months from the date of purchase/activation
of a one or two-year membership respectively.
- Membership provides free general admission to the Ontario Science
Centre permanent exhibition halls. Please note some experiences have limited
capacity or separate admission fees not included in the membership. Some
halls may be temporarily closed for renewal.
- Membership cards are usually held by adults (18-64) or seniors (65+).
Family and Gold membership cards may be used by cardholders' children or
grandchildren (12-17) to visit the Science Centre on their own, but are otherwise
non-transferable.
- Replacement cards are subject to an administrative fee.
- If a children's caregiver is added, a maximum of three named adult/senior
cardholders can receive benefits under one Family or Gold Membership.
- The Ontario Science Centre reserves the right to request identification
when presented with a membership card.
- All children under 12 years of age must be accompanied by a person 12
or older during visits to the Science Centre.
- Membership benefits to Ontario Science Centre's facilities, including
Shoppers Drug Mart® OMNIMAX® Theatre and parking, apply on Science
Centre visits during opening hours and as capacity permits.
- Membership benefits do not apply when children and parents visit the Science
Centre on a school program.
- Refunds for parking are not available on the day of membership purchase.
- Gold Members may only pick up their OMNIMAX® tickets on the day of
the show.
- Members' OMNIMAX discounts apply to single-ticket prices on regularly
scheduled films.
- The CASC Reciprocal Agreement and ASTC Passport programs are subject
to change without notice.
- Ontario Science Centre hours, admission rates and policies are subject
to change without notice.
- Memberships are non-refundable.
