In 2006 the Ontario Science Centre was approached by Saint Louis Science Center to develop new experiences for the launch of a new exhibition. The Saint Louis Science Center is an organization dedicated to stimulating interest in and understanding of science and technology throughout their community. They were interested in developing an exhibition that predominantly explored the science behind a variety of sports and how they affect the human body. The Ontario Science Centre fabricated 11 key exhibits for SportsWorks, combining experiences on human performance, human body and nutrition. This exhibition had a successful run at the Hong Kong Science Museum and is presently touring overseas. |
