What is the history of the Challenger Learning Centre?
The CLC concept was developed by the Challenger Centre for Space Science Education, an organization founded by the family members of the Space Shuttle Challenger Flight 51-L crew. The first CLC was installed at the Houston Museum of Natural Science in Houston, Texas. There are now more than twenty CLCs across North America.
