         The word "Spy" comes from the French word "Espionage".Spying has been around for 4,000 years. The first secret messages were written on clay tablets. A spy who works for two different governments is called a double agent. The person being spied on is usually referred to as The secret location used to pass items and info between spies is called the "dead drop". The most famous fictional secret agent is James Bond.Others include Austin Powers, Agent Cody Banks, Johnny English and Ethan Hunt from Mission: Impossible.  |
