We observed sunspots for three days: May 8^th, 9^th and 10^th, 2003. See the similarities? The size of the main sunspot observed by our group remained constant, at about twice the size of the Earth. By the third day, a new feature had rotated into view, though this one was smaller than the first. We concluded that the Sun is in a quiet phase, and that the sunspots we observed migrated uniformly with the rotation of the Sun.
