We observed sunspots for three days: May 8th, 9th and 10th, 2003. See the similarities? The size of the main sunspot observed by our group remained constant, at about twice the size of the Earth. By the third day, a new feature had rotated into view, though this one was smaller than the first. We concluded that the Sun is in a quiet phase, and that the sunspots we observed migrated uniformly with the rotation of the Sun.
