Making Your Monitor Scan the Other Way

All the monitors we've tried paint pictures - or scan - from top to bottom. But let us know if you've found one that scans from bottom to top!

But there is a way to get your monitor to scan from top to bottom.

Important: Check with an adult before you do this!

Okay?

Then turn your computer monitor upside-down!

Warnings!

  • If your monitor is bigger than a 15-inch, it's too heavy to try this.
  • Even smaller monitors are heavy, so watch out it doesn't end up scanning your toes.
  • Be careful of the cables in back of your monitor.
  • And if your monitor and computer are built into one box, don't move it!

Upside down, your monitor should now flash light the opposite way - chances are, from bottom to top.
