KidSpark Tickets

Learn about our special ticketing system for KidSpark

Due to the popularity of KidSpark and our need to limit capacity for health and safety reasons, we have created an on-site KidSpark ticketing system for weekends, holidays and other busy periods. On weekdays, entry is still available on a first-come, first-served basis.

How does it work?

To get KidSpark tickets on weekends, PA Days or holidays, visit the KidSpark entrance on Level 4. Tickets are free, but they are available on a first-come, first-served basis. There are seven timeslots, each with a duration of 45 minutes:

10 – 10:45 a.m.
11– 11:45 a.m.
12 – 12:45 p.m.
1 – 1:45 p.m.
2 – 2:45 p.m.
3 – 3:45 p.m.
4 – 4:45 p.m. (weekends and holidays)

Tickets will be given out:

  • Starting at 10 a.m. for 10 a.m.
  • Starting at 10:15 a.m. for 11 a.m.
  • Starting at 11:15 a.m. for noon
  • Starting at 12:15 p.m. for 1 p.m.
  • Starting at 1:15 p.m. for 2 p.m.
  • Starting at 2:15 p.m. for 3 p.m.
  • Starting at 3:15 p.m. for 4 p.m. on weekends and holidays

Please keep the following rules in mind when planning your visit:

  • Every visitor needs a ticket, even babies.
  • No more than six tickets can be issued for one group.
  • One adult can accompany a maximum of five children. KidSpark is for children aged 8 and under only, unless part of a family group.
  • If visitors arrive late, they still must leave at the end of their session.
  • If visitors leave KidSpark during their session, they cannot re-enter.

Thank you for your patience

Thank you for your patience as we adapt our procedures to ensure more of our youngest visitors can access this very popular space.
