Explore what’s going on in our brains when we feel anxious, how it affects our bodies and why stress can sometimes be a good thing. This science presentation explains how our brains and bodies react to stress while introducing students to evidence-based coping strategies. Mental health applies to everyone—we can all take steps to enjoy life and deal with the challenges we face each day!
