My heart is racing, my mouth is dry and my stomach is in knots! Don’t worry; everyone feels anxious sometimes. This science presentation explains how our brains and bodies react to stress while introducing students to evidence-based coping strategies. Mental health applies to everyone—we can all take steps to enjoy life and deal with the challenges we face each day!
This program will be presented to multiple classes simultaneously via Zoom Webinar; students and teachers will be able to engage with the Science Educator using the Q&A feature.
