Virtual School Program
What’s going on in your brain when you feel anxious? How does stress affect your body, and when can stress be a good thing? Find the answers to these questions and more. Plus, learn some evidence-based coping strategies for dealing with anxiety and stress.
Note: This program will be presented to multiple classes simultaneously via Zoom Webinar. Students and teachers will be able to engage with the Science Educator using the Q&A feature.

Students will be viewing real biological specimens, including animal and human specimens. The Ontario Science Centre follows the guidelines of the Ontario Anatomy Act, which states that human specimens are treated with dignity and respect and used for educational purposes only.
