Calling all aspiring inventors—Rowland Emett needs your help! Step into Emett’s Whimsical Workshop and become a tinkering trainee as you and your family help assemble a fantastical new dream machine prototype for Emett’s collection.

From December 26 to January 8, stop by the Rock Paper Science Hall during your next visit for a hands-on exploration of the science of simple machines. Once you’ve completed your work, remember to visit the Special Exhibition Hall to explore our collection of Emett machines.
