Benefits
Membership benefits extend for 12 or 24 months from the date of activation of a one- or two-year membership, respectively.
All membership benefits (including free film, guest, and parking tickets) can only be used while the membership is active. Some membership benefits may also be restricted based on membership level.
Membership provides free general admission to the Ontario Science Centre permanent exhibit halls. Please note that some experiences have limited capacity or separate admission fees not included in the membership, and some halls may be temporarily closed.
Membership benefits to Ontario Science Centre’s facilities, including OMNIMAX® Theatre and parking, apply only on Science Centre visits during opening hours and as capacity permits.
Members’ IMAX® film discounts apply to single-ticket prices on regularly scheduled films.
Members’ discount on guest tickets applies to a maximum of six tickets per day.
The CASC Reciprocal Agreement and ASTC Passport programs are not managed by the Ontario Science Centre and are subject to change without notice.
To receive a member discount on summer camps, a named cardholder who is the legal guardian of the camper must register the child. The membership must be current at the time of registration and include children.
Membership benefits do not apply when children and parents attend the Science Centre as part of a school visit. Checking in separately as a member during a school visit removes the member from the school visit and all associated programs.
Any unused membership benefits (including free film, guest and parking tickets) expire with the membership and cannot be extended beyond the membership expiry date.
Membership cards + cardholders
Membership cards are usually held by adults (18-64) or seniors (65+) and are non-transferable.
Replacement cards are subject to an administrative fee ($5 per card).
The membership card is valid in conjunction with the member’s photo ID.
Named cardholders must be present to use admission benefits.
A third cardholder may be added to a Lunar, Planetary or Stellar Membership. If a third cardholder is added, a maximum of three named adult or senior members can receive benefits under the membership.
Administration
All children under 12 years of age must be accompanied by a person 12 or older during visits to the Science Centre.
Memberships are non-refundable.
