Can I exit and re-enter KidSpark to visit other areas of Harbourfront Centre?
Unfortunately, we are not able to offer in/out privileges to KidSpark. If you leave, you will not be allowed re-entry unless you purchase another ticket.
Are refunds or exchanges available for ticket purchases?
No, all ticket sales are final.
Why are there timed tickets?
Timed tickets help us manage the flow of visitors and ensure everyone can enjoy KidSpark comfortably and safely. We regularly reach capacity, especially during peak periods, and we follow timed booking carefully to ensure that everyone has fair access to the space. Please book timed tickets online in advance and arrive on time to enjoy your reserved time slot.
How long can I stay? What if I’m late to my timed entry?
Each visit is limited to the timeslot you booked. To help us manage capacity and maintain a safe, comfortable space for everyone, including families arriving after you, guests are kindly asked to leave at the end of their reserved time.
If you arrive late or miss your time slot, we cannot guarantee entry—especially during busy periods. If we are at capacity or sold out for the remainder of the day, you may need to reschedule your visit.

Is there a gift shop?
Yes, there is a gift shop. Proceeds from all sales will support future Ontario Science Centre programming.
Can I bring food and drinks?
Please do not bring food or drinks into the exhibition space. There is no seating or dedicated eating area inside. You are welcome to enjoy snacks and meals in the public outdoor spaces. Thank you for helping us keep KidSpark clean and safe for all visitors.
Is there a coat check?
No, there is no coat check available.
Are there lockers?
No, there are no lockers available. We recommend packing only what you can easily carry or tuck away in a stroller so that you are free to play and explore the space with your children.
