Are refunds or exchanges available for ticket purchases?
No, all ticket sales are final.
When will tickets for future dates become available, since tickets are currently only available up to a certain date?
We release new ticket blocks for future dates weekly, so please check back to plan your visit.
If the online tickets are sold out, will I be able to buy tickets if I show up in person?
Sometimes! A limited number of tickets are available in person on a first-come, first-served basis. To guarantee admission, we recommend purchasing tickets online whenever possible.
Can I buy a membership?
We do not currently offer a membership program. Sign up for our enews to be the first to hear about future membership opportunities as they become available.
Is there a gift shop?
Yes! Visit the WonderStore to find a wide range of merchandise including science kits, t-shirts and so much more! Proceeds from all sales support Ontario Science Centre programming.
Can I bring food and drinks?
The Landing Pad is a dedicated eating area where food and drinks are allowed. You are also welcome to enjoy snacks and meals in the public outdoor spaces. Please do not bring food or drinks into the exhibit areas. Thank you for helping us keep the Ontario Science Centre clean and safe for all visitors.
Can we buy lunch at the Science Centre?
There are no food services available at the Ontario Science Centre; however, there are a number of dining options in the neighbourhood including Boxcar Social at Harbourfront Centre.
Is there a water fountain?
There is a water fountain and bottle refill station outside the washrooms. Food and beverages can be enjoyed in the Landing Pad area.
Is there a coat check?
No, there is no coat check available; however, we do have lockers available for all day use at a cost of $4 each payable by credit or debit. Locker size is 22cm x 42cm x 40cm.

However, we encourage our visitors to leave valuables, large bags, and other personal belongings at home. Backpacks, jackets, and other belongings are not permitted in exhibit areas.
Are strollers permitted?
Standard single and double strollers are welcome but may need to be parked during busy times. Please keep valuables with you, as the Ontario Science Centre cannot be responsible for items that are lost, misplaced, or damaged.
To help keep our exhibit spaces safe, accessible, and comfortable for all visitors, wagons and backpack-style child carriers are not permitted.
Is there parking?
Harbourfront Centre is located on the southwest corner of Queens Quay West and Lower Simcoe St. Paid underground parking is available onsite at 235 Queens Quay West, or above-ground one block west at Rees Street and Queens Quay West. Are animals permitted at the Ontario Science Centre?
Service animals are welcome in all public facing areas.
