Kids’ Night Out
Get ready for an evening of fun—no grown-ups allowed! Participants ages 5 to 12 will play, experiment and learn alongside other kids in their age group.
Since participants are sure to work up a hearty appetite with all this science fun, we’ll be serving grilled cheese sandwiches with French fries for dinner!
Wilderness Wisdom: Survive and Thrive

Discover how blubber keeps whales and seals warm in icy environments and how fabrics do the same for us. Then, apply your knowledge in a building challenge—can your structure withstand wind and rain?

PA Day Camps
When school is out, the learning fun begins! Kids aged 5-12 can join our experts for hands-on activities, exhibit exploration and a day of science play at our PA Day Camps.
Science Under the Skin

What happens to the food you eat? Where does air go when you breathe? We’ll get hands-on with models—and build some of our own—as we explore digestion and respiration to answer these questions and more.

Littlest Scientists

Is there anyone more curious than a toddler? Indulge your little one’s natural hunger to learn with this playful, science-themed program. Caregivers and toddlers ages 12 to 24 months are invited to join us on Thursday mornings in November from 9 a.m. to 10 a.m.
After the program, participants are invited to stay and explore the exhibits at their own pace. Spaces are limited, so book your spot now!
Each session costs $25 (tax included) and registration is required. If you choose to register for multiple weeks, there may be repeated content and programming.
