Groups of 20+ visitors are eligible for a discount of 20% off admission fees, plus 1 free ticket for every 20 tickets paid. To receive this discount, please book your group visit in advance online.
Group Visit FAQs
How long should I plan my group visit for?
The overall experience at Harbourfront Centre takes approximately 2 hours. We recommend groups plan for up to 2 hours to fully explore the exhibits and participate in activities at a comfortable pace.
Is bus parking available?
No, bus parking is not available onsite at Harbourfront Centre. Please visit Motor Coach and Bus Parking Information for Toronto for information on bus parking.
Where is the Group Entrance?
If you have booked a group visit, please enter the Experience space through the main Harbourfront Centre entrance via the bus drop-off loop.
Are there lockers?
There are no lockers available, but coat racks are available.
Can we bring food and drinks?
Please do not bring food or drinks into the exhibit space. We do not have dedicated lunch tables available for groups at Harbourfront Centre. Groups are welcome to eat at public spaces outdoors. We thank you for your understanding.
How is payment facilitated?
Please check your confirmation email and bring payment for the full amount on the day of your visit. Accepted methods of payment include cheque, credit card, debit card, cash or valid PO.
What’s the cancellation and booking modification policy?
Once your booking is confirmed, you must notify us of any cancellations or changes by 4 p.m. on the Wednesday one week before your visit date.
Is the exhibition space wheelchair accessible? Yest, the exhibition space, including washrooms, is wheelchair accessible.
