We’re so excited to share an important step forward in the Ontario Science Centre’s future: Ontario Science Partners, a design, build, finance and maintain consortium, has been selected to build our new permanent home at Ontario Place.
This visionary design brings together open, connected and engaging spaces that celebrate discovery, inclusivity and collaboration. It creates a welcoming environment that invites visitors to explore, ask bold questions and to make meaningful connections.
Thoughtfully integrated into the design are the historic Pod complex and Cinesphere, which will be a signature part of the Ontario Science Centre experience. The design weaves together science, the natural environment and Indigenous knowledge with sustainability at its core.
This new home will expand our impact through immersive exhibits, innovative programming, and unforgettable learning experiences for visitors of all ages.
We can’t wait to bring this vision to life alongside the communities we serve—together, we can shape the future.
